Abhay Kulkarni

Abhay Kulkarni has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Abhay has held various roles in different companies, including Sandoz, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, Novartis, Asian Paints Ltd, Dr Reddy's Lab, TVS Electronics Ltd, and Mahindra & Mahindra.

At Sandoz, Abhay worked as a Supply Planning Lead, responsible for overseeing supply planning activities.

Previous to this, Abhay was a Global SC Inventory Manager at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, where they managed global inventory for the supply chain.

At Novartis, Abhay held multiple roles, including Head of Global SC Performance & Analytics, Operations Manager in Global Supply Chain ESO, Head of Intragroup Order Management, and Senior Life Cycle Manager.

Prior to Novartis, Abhay gained experience at Sandoz as the DGM of Supply Chain Management, where they handled customer service and demand planning. Abhay later served as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management, responsible for customer service and demand planning for the Tech-Ops sites in India.

Abhay also worked as a Manager of Supply Chain at Asian Paints Ltd, an Assistant Manager of Supply Planning at Dr Reddy's Lab, and as a Management Trainee in Production Planning at TVS Electronics Ltd. Abhay started their career as a Process Engineering Graduate Trainee at Mahindra & Mahindra.

Throughout their career, Abhay has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, demand planning, customer service, analytics, and driving new initiatives to improve reliability and flexibility in the supply chain.

Abhay Kulkarni completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE) from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, specializing in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management from 2003 to 2005. Abhay also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. In addition, Abhay has obtained a certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in September 2016.
