Angelo la Penna

Angelo La Penna currently serves as the Global Head of IAM at Sandoz since June 2023. Prior to this role, Angelo held several key positions at Swiss Re from February 2018 to June 2023, including Regional CISO EMEA and Head of IAM Professional Services. Additionally, Angelo contributed to Roche from December 2012 to January 2018 as a Security Solution Architect & Security Program Manager, leading the technology roadmap for security solutions in Roche Diabetes Care IT. Early career experience includes roles at Oracle from February 2006 to December 2012, where Angelo advanced from IT Consultant to Senior Principal IDM Consultant, and as a Java developer at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Spa in 2004-2005. Angelo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, attained between 1999 and 2004.
