Armel Francisco has extensive work experience in the field of information security and risk management. Armel currently holds the role of Information Security & Risk Management - North America Lead at Sandoz since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Swiss Re for a significant period of time. At Swiss Re, they held various roles including Chief Information Security Officer & IT Business Partner Americas, Global IT Program Management, and Lead Chief Information Security Office - Center of Expertise (CISO CoE) & CISO Americas.

Armel Francisco pursued an Executive MBA in Strategy and Finance at Columbia Business School from 1992 to 1994.
