Austin Olek

Austin Olek is an experienced professional in the field of patient safety and clinical project management. Currently serving as Director of Patient Safety for the North America Region at Sandoz since February 2023, Austin previously held the position of Associate Director of US Safety Risk Management at Novartis and worked at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in various roles culminating as Senior Program Manager. Earlier career experiences include senior and project management roles at PPD and ACM Global Central Laboratory, along with clinical research coordination positions at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Austin Olek holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Medical Management from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Brockport.
