Costas Xeinis

Costas Xeinis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consulting sectors. Currently, Costas serves as the Global Head of Commercial Transformation and Country Head for Greece, Cyprus, and Malta at Sandoz, overseeing multifunctional operations in these regions. Prior roles at Sandoz include Head of Global Commercial Planning and leadership positions in Business Development and Licensing in Latin America. Prior to joining Sandoz, Costas held the position of International Business Director at DEMO Pharmaceuticals S.A., managing worldwide operations for Greece's leading generics manufacturer. Additionally, Costas has experience in eBusiness development at MetLife, consulting at KPMG, and project work at Hitachi Data Systems. Costas holds an Executive MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
