Dr. Shraddha Bhange

Dr. Shraddha Bhange has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dr. Shraddha is currently working as a Senior Medical Safety Lead at Sandoz since 2024. Prior to this, they worked at EVERSANA as a Medical Director from 2019 to 2023, where they led a team of pharmacists and physicians and provided medical expertise in safety analysis and compliance. Before that, they served as an Associate Medical Director at the same company from 2019 to 2021, playing a key role in safety-related discussions and assisting clients with safety data and pharmacovigilance aspects.

Dr. Bhange also worked as a Pharmacovigilance Manager (Compliance and Training) at AB Science in 2018. Dr. Shraddha was responsible for training and ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Pharmacovigilance Manager at Wockhardt Ltd., where they handled case processing, reporting, and medical coding of adverse event reports and performed single case assessments.

In their early career, Dr. Bhange worked as a Pharmacovigilance Expert at Novartis from 2015 to 2016, conducting medical reviews of single cases. Dr. Shraddha also worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2012 to 2015, holding multiple roles including Senior Medical Reviewer, Process Trainer, and Medical Reviewer. At Cognizant, they managed adverse event reports, trained new employees, and conducted medical reviews of safety cases.

Dr. Bhange began their career as a Resident Doctor at Tirupati Hospital from 2010 to 2012. In this role, they handled the outpatient department, monitored inpatient department patients, and performed various therapeutic diagnostic procedures.

Dr. Shraddha Bhange completed their MBBS degree in Medicine from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, from 2004 to 2010. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate of diploma in Pharmacovigilance from Uppsala Monitoring Centre. Dr. Shraddha also holds an MSc in Biomedical Technology from Coventry University, which they completed from 2011 to 2012. Dr. Bhange earned a Six Sigma Yellow belt in Quality from Govt. of India, Ministry of micro, small, and medium enterprises in 2014. Additionally, they have certifications in GCP0 Intro to Clinical Trials and Drug Development from BIOPHARMA INSTITUTE PROGRAM, and a Certificate course in Medical Genetics from MUHS. Dr. Shraddha also completed a Global Leadership Program from Coventry University. Dr. Shraddha has further obtained certifications as an HBA Mentor from the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and as an MBBS from the Medical Council of India.
