Frantisek Havel

Frantisek Havel is a seasoned professional in portfolio management and operational excellence, currently serving as the Senior Portfolio Manager at Sandoz Global Competency Centers since May 2023. Alongside this role, Frantisek has held the position of Vice President of the Association and Board Member at ABSL Czech Republic since May 2016. Prior experience includes leading the NGSC Prague Strategy & Operations team at Novartis from October 2012 to May 2023, where significant contributions included developing operational strategies and managing COVID-19 response initiatives. Frantisek's extensive background includes leadership roles in several organizations, such as Atlas Copco, Accenture, T-Mobile Czech Republic, and Ness Technologies, focusing on quality management, process improvement, and operational excellence. Frantisek holds an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University and a Dipl. Ing in Radiotechnology and IT from Czech Technical University in Prague.
