Irem Demirtunc

Irem Demirtunc has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Irem currently serves as the Global Talent Management Director at Sandoz since November 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2018 to November 2022, where they held positions as a Talent Manager and a Career Development Manager, focusing on BCG's product organization. Before joining BCG, they worked at Allianz as a People Development Consultant from September 2016 to June 2018 and as a Performance and Talent Management Supervisor from January 2014 to August 2016. Irem began their career as a Career Planning and Organization Specialist at Yapı Kredi Sigorta from August 2010 to February 2014. Irem also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Karel Electronics, a part-time Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Philip Morris, and an Intern at Oxygen Consultancy. Irem started their career as a Customer Relations Assistant at RPM Radar and had an internship at Novartis.

Irem Demirtunc holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Middle East Technical University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Irem also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, which they earned from Sabanci University from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they briefly attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2007 for a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Prior to their university studies, they attended the Uskudar American Academy from 1996 to 2003. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in HR Management and Analytics from Wharton Executive Education in 2022.
