Kohei Tsukuda

Kohei Tsukuda has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In their most recent role at Sandoz, they served as the Manager of the Alliance Management Team Lead in the ComEX and Marketing Strategy Department for the Retail and Hospital Business Unit. Here, they were responsible for strategic pricing, analyzing market pricing, managing product gross margin and net sales, and overall product portfolio management. Kohei also played a key role in channel strategy management, specifically for the KAM team and Wholesaler management team. Prior to this, Kohei held the position of Manager, Pricing Team Lead of the Commercial Excellence Division at Sandoz. Additionally, they served as Manager and Account Manager in the Wholesaler Group, where they managed the largest nationwide distributor in Japan and the North Kanto and Koshinetsu Area.

Earlier in their career at Sanofi, Kohei held various managerial positions, including Manager of the Portfolio Strategy & Solutions in the Diabetes Business Unit and Manager of the Operation Group in the Generic Business Key Account Business Unit. Kohei successfully launched several products and gained valuable experience in accessing the generic market. Kohei also served as Manager of Wholesaler Promotion and Manager of the Targeting & Segmentation Group of SFE at Sanofi, where they focused on CRM for wholesalers, sales promotion, and improving the quality of doctor targeting and segmentation. Kohei began their career as a Medical Representative and over the years, they consistently demonstrated their dedication and expertise in the pharmaceutical industry.

Kohei Tsukuda, EMBA completed their Executive Master of Business Administration - Executive MBA (Management) from NUCB Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Meiji University in 1994, with a focus on Financial Economics.
