Leslie Pott

Leslie Pott has extensive work experience in communication and corporate affairs. Starting in 2023, they became the VP of Corporate Affairs North America at Sandoz, where they oversee stakeholder engagement activities and policy advocacy. Prior to this role, Leslie served as the VP of Communications North America at Sandoz US from 2014 to 2023, where they managed internal and external communications and launched important medicines. From 2005 to 2013, they held various positions at AstraZeneca, including VP of Global Commercial Communications and Senior Director of Global Commercial Corporate Affairs. Leslie also has experience as the Director of Corporate Communications at AstraZeneca, where they focused on leadership visibility, change management, and employee engagement. Before joining AstraZeneca, they worked as an Account Director at JWT from 1989 to 2005.

Leslie Pott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing from Calvin University, where they attended from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued an MBA degree in Marketing at Villanova University from 1991 to 1996.
