Lisa Ciallella

Lisa Ciallella is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in reimbursement management, financial services, and operations across various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Field Reimbursement Specialist at Xcenda since November 2018, Lisa effectively manages the reimbursement environment for client portfolio products. Previous roles include Billing Operations Manager at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York, where oversight of medical billing and staff development took place, and Manager of Patient Financial Services at ProCure Treatment Centers, where Lisa implemented denials management and appeals processes.
