Matjaz Trzan

Matjaz Trzan is an experienced professional in project management and chemical process engineering, currently serving as the Director of Program Management and Head of Project Management in R&D at Sandoz since December 2009. Prior to this role, Matjaz worked at Lek Pharmaceuticals from June 2005 to November 2009 as Head of API Production and Head of API Fermentation Manufacturing. Matjaz began a career at TKI Hrastnik as Head of the Business Unit for Detergents and Cleaning Agents from May 1998 to September 2002. Matjaz holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Process Engineering from the University of Ljubljana, obtained between 1996 and 1998, and completed a project management program at the Project Management Institute in 2015.
