Mauricio Ibarra Reynoso

Mauricio Ibarra Reynoso, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in internal controls and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, as the Lead Financial Controls & Compliance Service Center for Sandoz in Mexico since April 2023, Mauricio oversees all internal controls for the Americas region, focusing on various financial and HR/Payroll processes. Previously, at Novartis from April 2020 to April 2023, Mauricio served as the Regional Financial Controls & Compliance Senior Team Lead, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with financial reporting frameworks and collaborating closely with stakeholders across Latin America. Mauricio's career at Bayer spanned over a decade, culminating in the role of Head of Internal Audit for Mexico, where significant contributions were made to governance, risk management, and fraud prevention. Education includes an MBA in Strategy and Top Management from EGADE Business School and a Business Administration degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
