Sudhir Bhandare

Sudhir Bhandare has a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sudhir began their career as a Production Officer at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals in 1993. Sudhir then worked at GSK, where they held positions including Production Executive and Lean Sigma Expert, focusing on process improvement and manufacturing efficiency. After that, Sudhir joined MSD as a Manufacturing Associate, progressing to roles such as Production Team Lead and Senior Production Leader. At Zyg / Encore Pharmaceuticals, they served as General Manager-Technical before moving to Ciba Vision (Novartis) Asian Mfg. pte. Ltd. as Regional Technical Lead. Sudhir then joined IPCA Laboratories Ltd. as Vice President-Technical, and later continued their career at Mylan Laboratories Limited as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Head of OSD Site Operations. Currently, Sudhir is the Head of Technical Operations & Executive Director at Sandoz, where they are responsible for leading technical operations in India.

Sudhir Bhandare has a diverse education history. Sudhir holds a General Management Program for Executives degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, with a focus on Business Administration and Operations Management. Sudhir also has a Masters in Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University, specializing in Operations Research. In addition, Sudhir holds a Masters in Pharmacy and a Bachelor's in Pharmacy, both from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Sudhir has also obtained a Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma Expert certification from GlaxoSmithKline UK in 2002.
