Tatiana Nesterova

Tatiana Nesterova is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Head of People and Organization at Sandoz since January 2021. Prior to this role, Tatiana held the position of Head of People & Organization for the UA & Central Asia Sub-Cluster at Vega Telecom Group from June 2018 to December 2020. Tatiana's extensive background includes various roles at Danone from February 2010 to May 2018, focusing on HR business partnering and compensation and benefits management. Additional experience includes positions as an HR consultant at a recruitment and consulting company and as a human capital consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Tatiana began the career in organizational development at Astelit and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Nacional'nij Universitet 'Kievo-Mogiljans'ka Akademija'.
