Vilyen Pluck

Vilyen Pluck currently serves as the Head of Training and Development for Region Europe at Sandoz, where efforts are focused on enhancing the capabilities of employees to better serve nearly 500 million patients worldwide. Prior experience includes the role of Learning and Talent Development Director at The People Factor, specializing in coaching, talent development, and various workshops, as well as Senior Training Consultant at Pareto Law, delivering training across multiple industries. Viliyens experience also encompasses positions as a Talent and Learning Consultant at FAB Learning Limited, and Head of Learning and Talent at Novus, where skills in coaching and training program development were honed.
