Rachael Hirst has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Brand Director at Sandpiper CI since August 2017, where operational activities for M&S Clothing and Home are led, alongside oversight of Hotel Chocolat and Card Factory franchises, contributing to significant annual turnover through strategic use of KPIs. Prior to this, Rachael held the position of Retail Operations Manager at Retail Arabia International, overseeing Oscar de la Renta's franchise across multiple stores in the Middle East, and previously managed flagship stores for Al Tayer Group, achieving notable sales growth. Rachael's career began with roles at M. H. Alshaya Co., Gulf Air, and Hobbs London, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence throughout.
