Navdeep K. Gill

Navdeep K. Gill, CPA, CA, CBV has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and accounting.

Starting in 2006, Navdeep worked at Oxford Properties Group as a Manager in Property Accounting for three years. They then moved to OMERS in 2009, where they served as a Manager in Financial Reporting for two years.

In 2010, Navdeep joined Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Audit and remained in that role for three years.

Beginning in 2012, Navdeep worked at Tempest Capital/Tempest Funds, where they were responsible for Financial Operations for four years.

In 2016, Navdeep joined Sandpiper Group - Real Estate Private Equity as Vice President of Finance, a role they held for two years. They were then promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2018 and continue to hold that role.

From 2017 to 2022, Navdeep also served as a Director at Central City Foundation.

Most recently, Navdeep joined Power To Be in 2021 as Director.

Throughout their career, Navdeep has gained significant experience and expertise in finance, accounting, and operations.

Navdeep K. Gill, CPA, CA, CBV completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems at the University of Manitoba from 1996 to 2001. From 2001 to 2004, they attended the CA School of Business and earned a degree in Chartered Accountancy. In 2014, Navdeep attended The Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators and obtained a certification as a Chartered Business Valuator in the field of Finance.
