Brad Garrett

Brad Garrett is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Sandpiper Hospitality since July 2023, Garrett oversees sales and marketing for over ten extended stay hotels across the Midwest and East Coast, guiding hotel general managers to achieve budget goals through strategic sales initiatives. Previously, Garrett held the position of Regional Sales Director at Hotel Management Services, Inc., from January 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing sales and marketing for twelve hotels in the Southeast and providing support to general managers. From October 2010 to December 2017, Garrett was the Director of National Account Sales at Extended Stay America, managing eighty National Accounts and leading initiatives that resulted in significant revenue growth, including the creation of the GSR Superstar Sales Program, which became the largest revenue-generating program in the company's history.
