Erika Young

Erika Young has over a decade of experience in the convenience store industry, currently serving as Vice President of Motor Fuels and Store Operations at The Sandri Companies since September 2014. Additionally, Erika has held the position of Senior Category Manager at Sandri Energy since September 2010, where responsibilities included managing categories, contracts, and promotions for convenience store channels, leading to the expansion from 8 to 16 outlets. As Director of Store Operations at Sandri Energy, Erika oversees 16 convenience stores, managing 16 managers and over 145 employees to meet sales expectations and store standards. Erika holds a degree from Lyndon State College, where attendance occurred from 1994 to 1998.
