Andrew P. Selman

Andrew P. Selman is an experienced attorney specializing in local government and education law, currently serving at Sands Anderson PC since April 2023. Previously, Selman worked as an Associate at Haney Phinyowattanachip PLLC, where responsibilities included litigating for school board clients in constitutional and civil rights matters and advising on procurement compliance.
