Nura A. Abboud

Nura A. Abboud is a seasoned professional in the field of Environmental Health, currently serving as Project Manager at The Jordanian Society for Microbial Biodiversity since August 2018. This role focuses on new environmental projects, including the initiative "كوكب البلاستيك." In addition, Nura holds the position of Science and Math Supervisor for the International Program at Sands National Academy and has extensive experience teaching biology for upper grades in both American and British educational systems at a Private International School. Previously, Nura managed environmental projects at organizations such as Beeatuna, where efforts centered on community engagement in environmental sustainability, and served in various roles related to project management and coordination in the environmental and medical fields. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Molecular Microbiology and Desert Studies, alongside leadership training in Environmental Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Biological Sciences with a focus on Microbiology and Genetics.
