Maxime Delobel

Maxime Delobel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Maxime has held various positions at Sandsoft Games, starting in 2023 as VP Finance.

Prior to that, in 2021, they founded and served as the Executive Interim Manager at Segue Finance Management.

From 2019 to 2020, Maxime was the CFO Gabon at CANAL+ Group, where they managed the financial, legal, and HR activities of Vivendi's companies in Gabon. During this time, they achieved significant results such as reducing DSO by 60%, improving treasury positions, revamping processes, reorganizing the team, and enhancing relationships with authorities and institutions.

At Gameloft, Maxime held multiple roles from 2012 to 2019, including Regional CFO for India, South East Asia & Pacific, Chief Audit Executive, and South East Asia Finance & Legal Director. Maxime successfully implemented cost management strategies, resulting in a 30% reduction in costs.

In 2012, they co-founded and served as CEO at Webnam Company, and in 2011, they worked as a Project Manager at AXA.

Maxime also has experience at Shaw Communications as a Sales Leader/Consultant, where they were recognized as the best salesman of the month and improved the training program. Maxime also worked on a personal volunteering project, Micro Credit World Tour, where they created information systems and conducted impact evaluations for micro-finance institutions in different countries.

Earlier in their career, Maxime worked as a Finance Controller at Thales and as a Business Controller Assistant at Henkel.

Maxime Delobel's education history includes a Master's degree in Finance, Audit, and Consulting from ICN Business School, completed between 2002 and 2005. In 2011, Maxime attended Axa University - Mont Elisa for a program focused on Leadership, Negotiation, and Management, and in 2010, attended Integranuity for training in Sales Skills and Leadership. In 2007, Maxime participated in a SAP B1 implementation program at Thales.

In 2022, Maxime completed an Executive Education program at Columbia Business School, specializing in Merger & Acquisitions. In the same year, Maxime also obtained a certification in Mergers and Acquisitions from Columbia Business School through an online course.
