Josie Morales

Josie Morales has extensive experience in revenue cycle operations and management. Josie began their career at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they worked as a Grievances & Appeals Manager for 13 years. In 2016, they joined Eating Recovery Center as a Regional Manager for Revenue Cycle and later became a Senior Manager for Revenue Cycle Operations. Josie recently transitioned to Sandstone Care, where they currently hold the position of Director of Revenue Operations.
