Nicholas Meshes

Nicholas Meshes has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and data industries since 1995. Nicholas began their career as a Network Administrator at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago in 1995. In 1998, they served on the Executive Council at the Computer Science Society at DePaul University. From 2000 to 2015, they worked at Acxiom in a series of roles, starting as a Software Developer and progressing to a Team Leader Application Architect, Senior Manager of Platform Engineering, and Program Manager. Since 2015, they have been at Sandstorm Design, serving as Director of Technology and Data and Director of Analytics and Optimization. In these roles, they have been responsible for creating, managing and nurturing client relationships, recruiting and managing developers and data analysts, planning and implementing cross-channel analytics, CRO strategy, web personalization, and marketing automation, and programming in a variety of languages. Nicholas has also been responsible for advising clients on business process improvements and implementing compliance with GDPR/CCPA, HIPAA/HITECH, COPPA/FERPA and PCI.

Nicholas Meshes received their Associate's degree in Computer Engineering from Morton College in 1998. Nicholas then went on to receive their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DePaul University in 2000. In 2009, they obtained their Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute. In 2013, they obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance. In 2022, they obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
