Andreas Hansson is a seasoned professional in software and engineering management with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Global Manager for Advanced Planning Softwares at Sandvik Coromant since September 2015, Andreas leads cloud software product teams focusing on integrating manufacturing expertise into user workflows. Previously, as the Digital Offer Manager, Andreas spearheaded innovative software products aimed at enhancing customer value during the design and planning phases. With a strong background in managing teams across regions, Andreas has held roles at Sandvik Mining, including Manager of Process Area R&D and Engineering Support, where responsibilities included developing processes aligned with PLM methodologies. As a co-founder of Solarnorth and having experience at Rehcon Engineering AB and Hunter Douglas, Andreas has successfully driven business development and profit growth while also cultivating talent and expertise within teams. Andreas holds a degree from the University of Gävle, completed in 2004.
