Anu Saksala

Anu Saksala currently serves as the HR Director for the Digital Mining Technologies Division at Sandvik since May 2021, bringing extensive expertise in HR strategy and various human resource skills. Prior to this role, Anu held the position of HR Manager for the Nordics, Netherlands, and Belgium at Ingersoll Rand from March 2020 to April 2021, and HR Manager for the Nordics at Gardner Denver from April 2018 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes HR Manager for Finland at NSG Pilkington, where Anu also held positions as an Environmental, Health, and Safety Group Leader and HR specialist from March 2005 to March 2018. Anu's career began as a Research Engineer at Metsä Board from January 2002 to January 2004. Anu holds a Master of Science in Paper Science and Engineering, Industrial Management, and Environmental Management from Tampere University of Technology and a certification in the Management of Social Responsibilities from the Management Institute of Finland.
