Horacio Alvarez

Horacio Alvarez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network policy control solutions. Since May 2014, Horacio has held multiple roles at Sandvine, including Staff Engineer, Solutions Architect, Senior Solutions Engineer, and Solutions Engineer, where responsibilities have included developing and testing solutions related to traffic management, usage management, and business analytics, as well as designing and validating solution acceptance test plans with customers. Prior to Sandvine, Horacio worked as a Software Engineer at Avantica Technologies from January 2011 to April 2014, further contributing to expertise in the field. Horacio holds a degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
