Pamela Dullaghan has had extensive work experience in customer success and management roles. Pamela is currently the Executive Vice President of Customer Success at Sandvine, where they focus on delivering exceptional application experiences for clients. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Vice President of Strategic Customer Success at Sandvine and Regional Vice President of Customer Success for Europe, Russia, and CIS.
Before joining Sandvine, Pamela worked as a Senior Partner at Cambridge Management Consulting, where they provided strategy consulting and other services to clients. Pamela also served as the Global Director of Strategic Client Services at Egencia, a cloud platform for travel management applications owned by Expedia Group.
Earlier in their career, Pamela held various leadership positions at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Oracle Corporation. At IATA, they were the Head of Customer Support and later the Global Head of Vendor Operations Management for Technology Services. At Oracle, they served as the Director of Support Services for Central & Northern Europe. Prior to Oracle, Pamela worked at Sun Microsystems, where they held the roles of Global Director of Customer Relationships and Programme Manager for Business Improvement/Customer Quality.
Pamela Dullaghan holds an MBA degree from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and a B.Eng Hons 1st Class degree in Industrial Engineering (with manufacturing systems) from the University of Paisley.
