Richard Whinnerah

Richard Whinnerah is an experienced professional in management and operations, currently serving as General Manager at Sandwell Leisure Trust since April 2023. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of General Manager at City of Wolverhampton Council from December 2022 to April 2023.
