Kyle Willis has extensive experience in account management and client services within the print manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Retail and Brand Client Experience Onboarding and Account Management Lead at Sandy Alexander since June 2025, Kyle previously worked at Quad from July 2011 to June 2025, holding various positions including On-Site Account Manager for Target Optical and Pearle Vision Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities included managing multiple high-profile customer accounts, facilitating communication between clients and production teams, and leading process improvement projects. Kyle also completed a corporate trainee program focused on print manufacturing operations and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications Management from Murray State University.
