Melissa Pagano is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various industries, including legal and manufacturing. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Sandy Alexander since October 2022, Melissa previously held similar roles at Behaviorally and DeCotiis, FitzPatrick & Cole, LLP, where significant achievements included successfully transitioning the payroll system to Paychex and directing comprehensive HR efforts.
