Gary Johnson

Gary Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gary started their career in 1990 as an Airborne Combat Engineer in the US Army, serving until 1993. Gary then joined Ellin & Tucker, Chartered in 1998 as a Senior Auditor, where they prepared audits, served as a mentor, and worked as part of a team. In 2004, they joined The Rouse Company as a Senior Internal Auditor, supervising a team, reviewing their work, and communicating control weaknesses. Gary later moved to Fieldstone Mortgage Company in 2005 as an Internal Audit Manager, where they managed the planning and design stages of a compliance project and supervised a team. In 2007, they transitioned to Sandy Spring Bank as a VP/Internal Audit Manager, although specific roles and responsibilities during this time were not provided.

Gary Johnson attended Frederick Community College from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an Associate degree in Business Administration. Gary then pursued further education at Towson University from 1995 to 1998, ultimately obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
