Anindya Bagchi

Anindya Bagchi is an accomplished academic and entrepreneur in the field of molecular genetics and cancer research. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute since April 2017, Anindya co-founded Styx Biotechnologies Incorporated in January 2020 and has been a Research Scholar with the American Cancer Society since April 2014. Previously, Anindya was a co-founder of B-MoGen Biotechnologies, Inc., which was acquired by Bio-Techne in June 2019, and held tenure as an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota from October 2008 to March 2017. Anindya's early career included postdoctoral work at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory from 2002 to 2008. Education includes a PhD in Molecular Genetics from Jawaharlal Nehru University in India and postdoctoral training in Cancer Genetics from Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
