Kari Hatfield

Kari Hatfield, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Business Improvement for Pharmacy Services at Sanford Health since March 2015, after previously holding the position of Senior Financial Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this role, Kari worked as a Reimbursement Analyst at Eventide Senior Living Communities from January 2014 to March 2015 and as a Reimbursement Associate at Eide Bailly LLP between January 2011 and January 2014. Early in the career, Kari gained experience as a Financial Analyst and DME MSP Recoupment Report Coordinator at Noridian Mutual Insurance from August 2007 to January 2011. Academically, Kari holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Mary (2020 - 2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead (2002 - 2006). Additionally, education includes a brief study at the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2004.
