Scott Schaefer

Scott Schaefer currently serves as the System Vice President, People at Sanford Health, where Scott leads various HR strategic initiatives including employee & labor relations, total rewards, and leadership development. Prior to joining Sanford Health, Scott worked as an HR Business Partner for the State of South Dakota and as an Organizational Development Manager at Union Pacific Railroad. Scott holds a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelors in Psychology and Business from South Dakota State University.
