Sushim Kabra

Sushim Kabra has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources, spanning over three decades. Sushim began their career as an Assistant Personnel Manager at RSWM Limited in 1989, where they worked for eight years. Sushim then took on the role of Head Personnel Human Resources at BMD Private Limited - India for three years. Following this, Kabra joined SANGAM INDIA LTD, BHILWARA as a Senior Manager (Personnel) from 2000 to 2006. Sushim then served as the Head Personnel Human Resources at Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd. for seven years. In 2013, Kabra joined RSWM Limited again, this time as the Deputy General Manager (Personnel & Admn.) until 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President (HR & IR) at SANGAM INDIA LTD, BHILWARA since 2015. Overall, Kabra's experience demonstrates their expertise and dedication to the human resources field.

Sushim Kabra completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology from College of Science, MLSU Udaipur, Rajasthan-India, from 1984 to 1987. After that, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resource, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, and General Administration from USSW, JRN Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth University, Udaipur, Rajasthan-India, from 1987 to 1989.
