Rich Hackel

Rich Hackel currently serves as the VP of Global Customer Care at Sangoma, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rich Hackel held several senior director positions at Sangoma, focusing on customer experience, support strategy, and global tier 3 support. Before joining Sangoma, Rich Hackel amassed extensive experience at NetFortris from January 1996 to February 2023, where roles included Senior Director of Customer Operations for UCaaS, Director of Hosted Provisioning, and Manager of Hosted Provisioning, as well as serving as a Field Services Engineer.
