Julija then pursued their Bachelor's degree at The University of Latvia from 2005 to 2010, majoring in Modern Languages. In 2008 to 2009, Julija participated in the Erasmus program at The University of G.D'Annunzio of Chieti-Pescara, where they studied Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Julija later obtained a Master's degree in Language and Cultures for International Cooperation and Communication from the University of Milan, which they completed from 2010 to 2013.
