Oleg Dudinkin

Oleg Dudinkin is the current Sales Director for North & East Europe at Sanhua International Europe. Previously, they were with Sanhua International Europe S.L. for 8 years and 5 months, where they held various sales positions including Head of Sales for DACH/East Europe/Russia/Middle East. Prior to that, Oleg was with Danfoss for 13 years and 4 months, where they were Head of Sales for Poland/Ukraine/Moldova and then Head of Sales for Ukraine/Moldova. Oleg was also responsible for Key Accounts and coordination of Danfoss municipal projects with city/regional authorities. Before Danfoss, Oleg worked at Procter & Gamble for 3 years and 3 months as a Unit Manager and Area Sales Representative. Oleg'sresponsibilities included business development with P&G Distributor, training and development of 10 distributor VAN sales teams, and coordination of P&G sales/marketing activities within the region.

Oleg Dudinkin holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School in the UK, which they completed in 2013. Oleg also holds a Master of Science from Dnepropetrovsk National University in Ukraine, which they completed in 1996. Finally, they graduated with distinction from School №2 in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine in 1991.
