Henrik Hjelmsmark has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Henrik started their career in 1992 at APV Anhydro, where they served as Project-Service Technical Manager. Henrik then worked at Alfa Laval FME as a Consultant and Project Manager from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2008, Henrik held multiple positions at Alfa Laval, including Vice President and Segment Manager for Food Technology, as well as Vice President of Project Technical Development and General Manager of Engineering and Supply Global. In 2008, they joined SPX Food & Beverage as Vice President of Engineering, Project Management, and Technology. Henrik returned to Alfa Laval in 2012 as Vice President of Engineering and Technology. In 2013, they became the CEO and CTO of SANI Membranes A/S, where they were responsible for product development and commercialization of new membrane filtration technologies. Additionally, they founded and directed SANI Membranes, focusing on the development of the Free Flow plate membrane filtration element and Vibro filtration technology for the process industry.
Henrik Hjelmsmark completed a MiniMBA in Management at Hult Ashridge in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they studied Mechanical Engineering at the Engineering College of Copenhagen from 1982 to 1986.
