Amber Newkirk

Amber Newkirk, SHRM-CP, has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Compensation & Administration and People & Culture Manager at Sanimax since January 2019. In this role, Amber Newkirk is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience through talent attraction, development, and retention, and acts as the sole HR Business Partner for the Deforest location. Prior to this position, Amber Newkirk was the Human Resources Manager at Del Monte Foods, Inc. from 2011 to December 2018, overseeing all HR functions at the Markesan, WI facility, which included recruitment, performance management, training, and managing a team of HR professionals. Amber Newkirk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Edgewood College, obtained in 2010.
