Delphine Monnier

Delphine Monnier is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Corporate Technical Manager at Sanitarium since April 2002, where responsibilities include leading the Technical, hygiene, and canteen teams at the Berkeley Vale site. Previously, Delphine held various roles within the organization such as Principal NPD/R&D Scientist, Senior NPD/R&D Scientist, and Technical 2iC, focusing on the development of plant-based beverages for multiple markets and guiding quality assurance tasks. Earlier experience includes working as a New Product Development Technologist at So Good International, contributing to the launch of soy-based beverages across Europe. Delphine holds a Master of Science in Food Science from Polytech Lille, a Master of Teaching from the University of Tasmania, and has completed additional education in wellbeing psychology at Yale University, food engineering at CSIRO, and a Bachelor's degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Paris-Sud University.
