Hayley Proctor

Hayley Proctor is a seasoned professional in account and category management with extensive experience in the FMCG sector. Currently serving as the National Account Manager for Woolworths at Sanitarium, Hayley oversees the account management of plant-based products, having previously managed category development for plant-based milks across Australian grocery retailers. Prior experience includes roles at Fitness First Australia as a Group Fitness Instructor, and at PepsiCo and Kellogg Company, where Hayley led category and account management initiatives in snacks and cereals for major Australian retailers. Additionally, roles at The Clorox Company and Nestlé Purina Petcare Australia further enhanced expertise in category development and brand management. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Western Sydney University.
