Julie Keleher

Julie Keleher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Julie began their career in 2006 as an Executive Assistant at Cadigan Venture Group and later worked as a Records Specialist/Evidence Tech at the City of Ellensburg - Police Department from 2008 to 2011. Julie then joined KITTCOM 911 as an Emergency Services Dispatcher from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, Julie became a Product Instructor at Spillman Technologies and remained in this role until 2020. Julie then transitioned to Motorola Solutions, where they worked as a Senior Training Specialist III from 2017 to 2020. Most recently, Julie has been employed at RapidSOS, first as the Western Region Manager from December 2020 to October 2021, and currently as the ECC Engagement Manager - Great Lakes Region starting from October 2021.

Julie Keleher obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration with a minor in Psychology from Central Washington University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they attended Bellevue College and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. In 2003 to 2004, they pursued their Pre-Law studies at Seattle Pacific University with a focus on General Studies.
