Meena Patil

Meena Patil has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, performance management, leadership development, and learning infrastructure. Meena has held the position of Head HR at Sankey Solutions since 2019, where they are responsible for driving organizational transformation. Before that, they worked at Angel Broking as a Manager and Assistant Manager- HR from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, they held roles as a Senior Executive HR at Krystal Group of companies and Krystal Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd from 2010 to 2013. Meena also gained experience as a Summer Trainee at RISHABH INSTRUMENT PVT. LTD in 2009, where they conducted a project on employee satisfaction. Meena started their career as an HR Executive at CAREER COACH HR SOLUTIONS from 2007 to 2008.

Meena Patil completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Pune University, JSPM's Jayawantrao Sawant Institute of Management, between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University, Mulund College of Commerce, from 2004 to 2007. Meena also completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Commerce from Mumbai University, V.G. Vaze College of Science, Commerce & Arts, from 2002 to 2004.
