Nicole da Silva

Nicole da Silva is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sanlam since August 2021, Nicole previously held the position of HR Business Partner at RCS from March 2018 to July 2021. Prior to that, Nicole spent eight years at TFG (The Foschini Group), progressing through several roles including HR Operations Manager, HR Manager: Operations, Senior HR Consultant: Operations, and HR Consultant: Operations. Nicole's responsibilities have spanned across key HR functions such as strategy development, recruitment, training and development, performance and talent management, employee relations, and HR metrics reporting. Nicole holds a B Comm Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in B Comm (Law) from the University of the Western Cape.
