Tracy Lee Kerchhoff

Tracy Lee Kerchhoff has extensive experience in document processing and management, currently serving as Team Leader: Indexing at Sanlam since February 2017, where responsibilities include accurate indexing, document verification, and workflow issue reporting. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Acting Team Leader at Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited from December 2008 to January 2017, focusing on document standardization, quality monitoring, and client query resolution within the medical aid department. Previous experience includes working as a Data Administrator at ooba (Pty) Ltd from November 2006 to November 2009, managing national sales reports and bond follow-ups. Tracy holds a Certificate in Management Development from the University of the Western Cape and a Certificate in Office Management and Supervision from the University of Cape Town.
