Ugandran Naidoo

Ugandran Naidoo currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Board of Trustees at Sanlam, where responsibilities have included leading Premium Collections and Retentions since December 2015. Additionally, since July 2019, Ugandran has held the position of Head of Operations and IT at Sanlam Sky IL. Prior experience at Liberty Life Group spanned from January 2008 to June 2013, encompassing roles such as Head of Business Support and New Business, Trustee of Corporate Selection Retirement Funds, Head of Operations for Premier Clients, and Head of Terminations. Ugandran's educational background includes an Advanced Diploma in Design Thinking from the University of Cape Town, a SMDP in Business Administration from Stellenbosch Business School, and various other management and project management programs, highlighting a strong foundation in business administration and leadership.
