Marco Gonzalez Hagelsieb has a diverse work experience. Marco started their career in 1988 as a Hardware/Firmware R&D Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Marco then co-founded and served as the COO of Concabtel / Home and Office Automation de Mexico from 1992 to 1996. Marco joined Sanmina in 1996 as a Process Engineering Manager. From 1999 to 2011, they held various roles at Sanmina, including VP Global Account Management, SVP Mexico IMS, and Executive Vice-President - Mexico. Since 2012, they have been with Sanmina as EVP & Chief Operating Officer - World Wide IMS, Chief Operating Officer - South Asia-Pacific and Greater China IMS, and currently as Chief Operating Officer - Americas IMS.

Marco Gonzalez Hagelsieb has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara, which they completed from 1984 to 1988. Marco later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, graduating in 2004. In 2005, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Executive Management from El Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE). Prior to their undergraduate studies, they completed their high school education at Instituto de Ciencias from 1981 to 1984.
